Prompt shipping and expert packing

We offer a wide range of shipping options owing to our long-standing relationships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse staff are highly trained and will be able to pack your goods in accordance with our exact and precise specifications. Your products will be subjected to a thorough examination and will be properly packaged prior to being delivered. Each day, we ship to thousands of customers in different countries. Our commitment to become the largest online retailer around the globe is evident by this. Both Europe and the USA have warehouses and distribution centres.

Note: Orders containing multiple items will have a different processing time for each item.

Before shipment, all ordered items will be thoroughly examined. The majority of orders will be sent within 48 hours. The delivery time should be between 3 and 7 working days.

Returns

The stock is dynamic and we are unable to control it completely because of the fact that many stakeholders are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any time. It is possible that stock may run out after your order has been placed.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. We will not return or exchange your purchase after 30 days since the purchase.

You are able to return an item in the event that it is not used and is in the same condition as when you first received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
