Note: Orders containing multiple items will have a different processing time for each item.

Returns

The stock is dynamic and we are unable to control it completely because of the fact that many stakeholders are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any time. It is possible that stock may run out after your order has been placed.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. We will not return or exchange your purchase after 30 days since the purchase.

You are able to return an item in the event that it is not used and is in the same condition as when you first received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
